WW 1- On War Service 1916 brooch

Triangular pinned badge/ brooch was issued to female workers "engaged in the manufacture of war or other urgent work" aged 16years and older and worked more then 2months. (1914/5 were lapel stud) No form of certificate was issued (unlike the male badges)
