Shooters Hill,
Opened in 1925, to replace the much smaller Woolwich, Plumstead
and District Cottage Hospital. Following an appeal. On land owned by Major CES
PHILLIPS(1871-1945).
The hall of remembrance contains two books of local dead
from both World Wars including the Arsenal.
